海角破解版's expert education law barristers provide an informative update seminar on the 2014 Children and Families Act

On 29th September 2016, 海角破解版 Education Team members Lachlan Wilson, John Friel, and Emma Waldron hosted聽an Education Law Update Seminar in Temple, London. This was the first in a series of聽seminars that are taking place. It聽was well attended by聽lawyers聽who represent parents, young persons聽and local authorities,聽in addition to those with a political interest in the area.

The seminar addressed the SEN reforms heralded by the Children and Families Act 2014 and analysed the problems within the new聽system which have emerged since the inception of this Act. A comprehensive update of important case law arising in 2016 relevant to education law was also provided.
