海角破解版 Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is delighted to welcome construction law specialist Dean O鈥橪eary to Chambers as an associate member. A dual-qualified construction professional and barrister, Dean has over 35 years鈥 experience in the construction industry.

Dean has a busy practice acting in a wide variety of construction, building and engineering disputes, as well as dealing with those relating to upstream and midstream oil and gas and other energy matters. As well as acting as counsel, Dean also accepts appointments as an arbitrator, adjudicator or mediator. Dean鈥檚 joining 海角破解版 coincides with his return to the UK, following 20 years based in Dubai.
