海角破解版鈥檚 Property and Estates Group welcomes Kinza Wahid and Emma Shiels

海角破解版 Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is pleased to welcome two property law barristers聽Kinza Wahid听补苍诲听Emma Shiels (pictured left to right) to our 40-strong national Property and Estates Group.聽 Both Kinza and Emma will be based in our Birmingham office, but practicing nationwide.
Kinza Wahid (call 2021)聽has a successful practice across the full range of property law, and those matters which cross over into traditional chancery areas. She is regularly instructed in disputes involving; landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential), forfeiture, injunctions, and disrepair. In more traditional land and chancery areas, acting and advising on cases involving trespass, easements, boundary issues, TOLATA and cohabitation disputes and probate.
Kinza is also experienced in commercial chancery matters involving contractual disputes (particularly those of an equine nature) and bankruptcy proceedings. Outside her practice, Kinza is a mentor on the Future Bar Programme and is also an accredited mediator.
Emma Shiels (call 2021) enjoys a busy practice focusing primarily on property disputes, but also in the wider chancery sphere, with a growing probate and estates practice. 聽Emma is frequently instructed in possession actions (commercial and residential), leaseholder agreements, housing disrepair matters and injunctions, as well as more traditional land matters such as trespass, nuisance and easements.
Emma also accepts instruction in sports law, using her experience of playing and coaching elite-level football at Leicester City Football Club鈥檚 Women鈥檚 Academy and as an England Women鈥檚 Technical and Future Lionesses Coach.聽 She accepts instructions involving regulatory and disciplinary proceedings, and advises on framework agreements within football and other sports.
