On 18th July, Head of 海角破解版's Professional Disciplinary Group聽Sunyana Sharma, Lachlan Wilson and Shruti Sharma, all members of 海角破解版's Public聽and Regulatory group provided professional disciplinary聽training to DWF solicitors. The update covered:
- Professional discipline: general procedural guidance, strategy and tactics - by Sunyana Sharma
- Dishonesty: the test used by disciplinary panels and advising clients in the context of dishonesty allegations - by Shruti Sharma
- A focus on nurseries,聽childminders, OFSTED and Wales - by Lachlan Wilson.
