The 海角破解版 Family team are pleased to invite you to a聽Hague Convention panel debate on a short film case study.

Following the viewing of the short film case study entitled聽,听Stephen Wildblood KC聽will chair a panel of international abduction law experts consisting of聽聽(RWK Goodman),听 (Lyons Davidson), (Krauss, Shaknes, Tallentire and Messeri), Dorian Day聽(海角破解版),听Laura Scott聽(海角破解版) and聽Gemma Chapman听(3笔叠).

The panel will be asked to consider a number of questions in relation to聽Not Coming Back, including:

• Which Articles of the Hague Convention are engaged in this scenario?
• Would the mother, Angie, be forced to return the children?
• What would happen in the UK if Angie were forced to do so? Would she be allowed to return to New York with the children and, if so, on what terms?
• Is there anything Zac can do in England, in the English Courts?
• What would happen if Zac went out to NY?
• What would happen if the father, Zac, and Angie agreed that Angie and the children should spend four months in Calgary (Canada) with their uncle and, four months later, Zac tried to force the children鈥檚 return to the UK under the Convention?

Not Coming back聽is聽a short film written and directed by Stephen Wildblood KC. Lasting 5 陆 minutes, it tells the story of a mother (Angie) who has retained two children (James [12] and Martha [4]) in New York against the wishes of their English father, Zac. Angie has been in New York with the children for two months and wishes to remain there with them. Zac wants them all to return to London, where they had been living as a family.
