London in-person workshop on 14 July: Settlement Negotiations, Interim Applications & Trial Strategy

This half-day workshop begins at 12pm (noon) with lunch, followed by an afternoon of practical sessions focusing on the key stages of commercial litigation, from settlement strategy through to interim applications and trial preparation.

The programme opens with a review of recent judgments, drawing out tactical lessons, before moving into an interactive case study workshop based on recent judgments allowing attendees to observe how these issues unfold in practice and refine their approach in a realistic litigation scenario.

The workshop will conclude at 5pm, followed by drinks and networking.
