Gemma Chapman writes for Family Law Journal on protecting the child鈥檚 narrative

In her article, 鈥淧ersistent failure to protect the child鈥檚 narrative 鈥� time for change?鈥�, Gemma discusses how, despite long established guidance and authorities on the subject, oftentimes a young person鈥檚 account of abuse is captured in a manner that provokes cross-examination. Gemma then goes on to review the current training available for family law practitioners and examines how the issues around the continued failure to preserve a testimony can be improved.
