Judgment has been handed down by the EAT in Caterham School Ltd v Rose [2019] 8 WLUK 277; UKEAT/0149/19/RN. 海角破解版鈥檚 Tom Webb appeared for the successful Appellant. Earlier this month Tom Webb represented EUI Limited before HHJ Owen QC at the Nottingham County Court in an LVI road traffic matter. Following a full trial, Tom was successful in both having the claim dismissed and in seeking an enforceable costs order on the basis of the claimant鈥檚 fundamental dishonesty.
