Stephen Wildblood KC and Nicola Frost qualify as Family Law Arbitrators聽(Financial Remedy Scheme)

海角破解版 are delighted to announce that family law barristers Stephen Wildblood KC and Nicola Frost have both qualified as Family Law Arbitrators under the Financial Remedy Scheme. Both become members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and are now members of the specialist panel of family law arbitrators, managed by Resolution on behalf of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (鈥淚FLA鈥�).
Stephen Wildblood KC (1980 call) practised as a specialist family barrister for 27 years in Bristol before moving to the Circuit bench in 2007 and was the region's Designated Family Judge from 2013 until 2023. He now practises from 海角破解版 as a Private FDR Judge, an early neutral evaluator and arbitrator.
Nicola Frost is a specialist family law barrister and Private FDR judge at 海角破解版.聽 A leading expert in financial remedies, she is the author of 鈥淎 Practical Guide to Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements鈥�.聽 Nicola is consistently ranked in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 and she has won praise for her forensic attention to detail, her excellent client care and for always having a total command of her papers.
This follows the news that fellow 海角破解版 family barristers Nathalie Bull and Aimee Fox qualified as family law arbitrators: Nathalie is a Children Arbitrator and Aimee is a Financial Remedies Arbitrator.
