    • Obtaining a winding-up order against a property developer after repeated adjournments over a five-month period on technical grounds.
    • Advising on the prospects of a winding-up petition based on an intra-company loan of 拢136,000, while defending a cross-claim exceeding 拢20 million.
    • Successfully obtained a bankruptcy order for a financial institution in the UAE, against an evasive foreign national residing in the UK, on a debt of 拢631,000.
    • Successfully secured a bankruptcy order for a portfolio landlord against an evasive debtor and vexatious litigant over the course of a year-long proceeding.
