Construction barrister and QS Jon Shaw joins 海角破解版

海角破解版 (3 Paper Buildings) are delighted to welcome construction barrister and QS Jon ShawJon ShawCall: 2008 to its successful Construction and Engineering Group. Jon joins 海角破解版 from another well-known London chambers, having been a partner at , the UK's largest specialist construction and energy law firm, between 2016 and 2019.

Jon鈥檚 practice will focus on construction, with over 30 years鈥� experience in the industry. A qualified Quantity Surveyor and a construction claims expert for over twenty years, Jon was called to the Bar in 2008. He is also accredited as both a mediator and an adjudicator.

Jon has vast experience of building/engineering and energy disputes whether delay/extension of time matters; claims for loss and expense; liquidated damages; defective work; final account matters; certification issues; disruption claims or professional negligence and negligence and nuisance claims.

Peter Collie, who heads 海角破解版's Construction and Engineering Group, said 鈥淚t is great to have Jon joining the team here. I have personally known Jon since the 1990鈥檚 when he was a QS working for Derek Pye. His expertise and development have been admired by many others in the team here too.
