海角破解版鈥檚 specialist construction and commercial barrister,聽Rob Dawson, has been confirmed as a guest speaker at Healy鈥檚 construction event on Friday, 26th September.
Rob Dawson will share insights from the front line of disputes and adjudications, bringing valuable case-law context to the discussion.
Rob Dawson has a broad practice across commercial and construction, but with a particular emphasis on construction and engineering disputes and associated professional liability matters, as well as general commercial litigation disputes.
The event will focus on practical legal and management issues in brickwork and construction safety 鈥� a mix of compliance, contract risk, JCT and adjudication and lessons from recent cases.
This is a practical session designed for Managing Directors and Finance Directors in brickwork and wider construction.
The event will be held on Microsoft Teams.
